• Custom, cut-to-size, and special-order items are not returnable unless defective.

• Exchanges for incorrect or damaged items may be permitted with proof (photos/videos required).

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment or processing for custom products.
• Cancellations after processing may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping
