Return & Refund Policy

At MoldingMart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of building materials and custom products, the following return policy applies.

Return Policy Eligibility

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned in New only condition to be eligible for a refund.
• Restocking Fee: A flat 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Exchanges: We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 30-day window.

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom, special-order, or cut-to-length products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products that have been installed, altered, painted, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without approval
• Note: Natural variations in wood (color, grain, texture, knots) are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup.

• Visible damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours.
• You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Return Process

To request a return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Wait for the return authorization and instructions.
4. Once approved, items must be returned within the timeframe provided.

Restocking Fees & Shipping

• Restocking Fee: A flat 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Original Shipping: Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 2 business days after inspection.
• Refund amounts may be reduced by restocking fees, delivery charges, or damages.
