Shipping Options

Local Delivery (Up to 100 Miles)

We offer local delivery within a 100-mile radius of our Sacramento, California warehouse.

• Available for eligible products and order sizes
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order size, and materials
• Delivery dates are scheduled after order confirmation
• Customer must ensure clear access for delivery

Nationwide Shipping (FedEx / UPS)

We ship nationwide within the United States using FedEx and UPS.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or quoted after order review
• Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day.
• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
• Oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping
• Some products may not qualify for standard parcel shipping

Order Inspection

Please inspect all items upon delivery or pickup.

• Report visible damage within 48 hours
• Take photos of damaged packaging or products
• Failure to report damage within the timeframe may void replacement eligibility

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is:

• Picked up by the carrier, or
• Delivered to the specified address

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Sacramento warehouse during business hours.

• Pickup availability will be confirmed after order placement
• Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may incur storage fees
